Bio-Logic Solutions Ltd, is founded on the New Zealand agency for the BioProcess Division of Millipore Corporation and has been trading since registration in 2001.  With the formation of the SPC Group this has provided a complimentary range of products ideally suited to the existing customer base and offering extension to other markets.  The company carries an extensive range of stock and covers all of New Zealand as a geographical territory.

Simon Capes, the Managing Director, is a Chemical and Materials Engineer by training and has worked in production supervision and sales engineering roles in the dairy, food and beverage sectors in New Zealand and the U.K./Ireland working with companies such as Fonterra, Alfa Laval and Tetra Pak.  He has held associations with Millipore Corporation for 15 years of his 22 year career holding early roles as a systems engineer in the U.K. and Australasia.  The formation of Bio-Logic Solutions has seen a continuation of the successful growth of sales and support for Millipore products and those of the SPC Group in NZ.  Recent expansions in the company will translate to further improved service to our customers and new market segments.

Our primary market is the bio-manufacturing, pharmaceutical and high-purity process industries with other focus areas including food and beverage, dairy, winery, cosmetics, toiletries, microelectronics, chemical, defence and water treatment industries.  We have regular dialogue with a broad range of contacts including end-users, fabricators, architects & engineers, project managers and process development specialists.
